My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the location was fantastic, right across from Dataran Pahlawan Mega Mall and close to various historical spots. The staff, especially Hussain, was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. However, the room was a letdown with moldy interiors and unchanged bed sheets upon check-in. The dining options were limited and overpriced, but the service, especially from the staff assisting with my granny's wheelchair, was exceptional.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, near historical sites and shopping malls, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms offer a nice study area and a spacious shower area, but some maintenance issues like a damaged safety lock and phone inconvenience could be improved. The dining options are decent but may not provide the best value for money.

Its prime location across from Dataran Pahlawan makes it ideal for shopping lovers, although management issues may be present. The dining offers Malaysian cuisine but may not meet high expectations. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.

The hotel provided spacious rooms with a living room and attached bathrooms, which served us well despite not being very clean and having a dark bathroom. The service was excellent overall, with fast plate clearing and prompt, courteous assistance from the staff. The location was fantastic, close to shopping malls, eateries, and the enjoyable Jonker Street night market. Dining options were only average, not up to standard overall.
